To all Accurl employees:
Last week, our new smart factory open day and new product launch concluded successfully. It was an industry-defining event—clients, partners, and media from around the world gathered to witness Accurl’s latest leap forward. None of this would have been possible without the relentless effort of each and every one of you.
I want to especially thank you for the countless late nights over the past few
months.
I remember the lights still on in the workshop at 3 a.m. during prototype
testing,
I remember the project team revising plans until their eyes were red,
I remember the engineering team starting over again and again for a precision of
0.01 millimeters,
I remember the shop floor and administrative colleagues rushing back and forth
late into the night to perfect the guest experience…
It was you who turned “impossible” into “completed,” earning the genuine admiration of our clients on-site and sealing those handshake moments and signed orders.
The success of this open day does not belong to me alone; it is a shared pride of every Accurl person. You have once again proven with your actions: as long as we are together, there is no challenge we cannot overcome, no goal we cannot achieve.

Every night you stayed up and every drop of sweat you shed has become part of
Accurl’s brighter light today.
There will be more tough battles ahead, but with you by my side, I have boundless
confidence.
