4–6 axis press brakes feature multi-axis linkage for precise 3D positioning (forward/backward, up/down, left/right), with automatic crowning compensation to ensure consistent angles across the full stroke. Compatible with S2000/DA53T/CT12 controls, they support 3D import, automatic unfolding, intelligent programming and collision avoidance, enabling one-shot forming of complex bends, stepped and irregular workpieces. Offering greater flexibility, higher precision and efficiency, they significantly reduce processes and manual intervention, ideal for high-mix low-volume production and meeting precision bending demands in high-end sheet metal, new energy, cabinets, elevators and more.

Full machine manganese plate welding builds a high-strength main structure.
