Full machine shot blasting removes surface impurities such as rust and welding slag to form a uniform metal surface. Meanwhile, it creates a compressive stress layer to improve hardness and fatigue resistance, adjusts surface roughness to enhance coating adhesion, and eliminates residual machining stresses to reduce the risk of deformation and cracking.

Full machine manganese plate welding builds a high-strength main structure. It firmly connects components via welding, using manganese plates’ superior strength, toughness and wear resistance to create a heavy-load, impact and abrasion-resistant frame.
