The giant lamp pole bending machine is a special bending equipment for giant poles such as high-pole lamps and smart street lamps. Its frame opening, stroke and worktable are all oversized, enabling direct processing of several meters long, large-caliber and thick-walled round/square poles without sectional splicing, which ensures the consistency of lamp pole radian and roundness from the source. The whole machine adopts a high-rigidity reinforced frame, equipped with heavy-duty oil cylinders and long-span supports, featuring strong load resistance and deformation prevention, stable bending process and precise accuracy. It is fitted with special arc scratch-resistant molds for poles, which fit the processing characteristics, ensuring bending precision while avoiding workpiece surface damage. Equipped with a CNC servo control system that supports parameter programming and storage, it realizes one-click automatic bending, greatly improving processing efficiency and reducing labor intensity. Multiple safety protections including long-span guardrails and anti-toppling devices are provided, balancing the operational convenience and safety of large workpieces. It is also suitable for bending various metal poles such as traffic signal poles and monitoring poles, achieving multi-purpose with one machine.

Overall Shot Blasting of the Frame

Full machine shot blasting removes surface impurities such as rust and welding slag to form a uniform metal surface. Meanwhile, it creates a compressive stress layer to improve hardness and fatigue resistance, adjusts surface roughness to enhance coating adhesion, and eliminates residual machining stresses to reduce the risk of deformation and cracking.

Whole machine mask welding

Full machine manganese plate welding builds a high-strength main structure. It firmly connects components via welding, using manganese plates’ superior strength, toughness and wear resistance to create a heavy-load, impact and abrasion-resistant frame. Good weldability ensures joint quality and tightness, prolonging equipment service life.
