Integral full steel plate welding

The machine body adopts integral full steel plate welding technology; the seamless design maximizes structural rigidity with strong anti-vibration and anti-deformation capabilities, resisting vibration and deformation during operation and consistently ensuring processing stability and precision.

Stress relief via annealing process

The frame is professionally treated with an annealing process to effectively eliminate internal residual stress from welding, fundamentally eliminating the risk of frame deformation, greatly enhancing structural stability. Coated with premium paint

High-strength cast iron oil pump
