Integral Tempering of the Frame 600℃
The frame is annealed at over 600°C for integral stress relief. High-temperature heat preservation and slow cooling fully eliminate welding/machining internal stress to prevent long-term deformation, enhance material toughness and structural stability, and boost impact/heavy-load resistance—laying a solid foundation for the equipment’s high-precision operation and extended service life.

Advanced cooling technology rapidly lowers the sheet metal surface temperature during cutting, preventing thermal deformation and ensuring neat edges.
