The Tube and Metal Laser Cutting Machine integrates tube and metal sheet laser cutting, eliminating the need for separate equipment and slashing procurement and floor space costs. It enables quick mode switching, reducing transfer and debugging time to boost production efficiency. Boasting high-precision, high-speed laser cutting, it delivers smooth, burr-free cuts for both tubes and sheets with no secondary grinding, ensuring consistent finish quality. Compatible with multi-material, multi-spec sheets and round/square/rectangular tubes, it supports custom special-shape and bevel processing, meeting diverse order demands with great flexibility.

Precision tube cutting

It precisely cuts various specifications of tubes including round, square and rectangular ones, efficiently completing fixed-length cutting, beveling and special-shaped hole machining with smooth, burr-free cuts that require no secondary grinding. It also enables quick switching to sheet processing, greatly improving the processing efficiency and precision of tube workpieces.

Precision sheet cutting

It precisely cuts multi-material and multi-thickness sheets such as carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum alloy, efficiently completing blanking, special-shaped cutting and hole machining with flat, smooth and burr-free cuts, eliminating the need for secondary grinding. It also enables quick switching to tube processing, improving the processing efficiency and finished product precision of sheet workpieces.

Aircraft aluminum-made gantry frame

It delivers precision, durability and high-speed performance for metal processing. Precision metal cutting is achieved by minimizing vibration.Its inherent properties ensure exceptional durability for heavy-duty metal cutting applications. The lightweight design enhances both processing speed and precision simultaneously.

Integral Tempering of the Frame 600℃

The frame is annealed at over 600°C for integral stress relief. High-temperature heat preservation and slow cooling fully eliminate welding/machining internal stress to prevent long-term deformation, enhance material toughness and structural stability, and boost impact/heavy-load resistance—laying a solid foundation for the equipment’s high-precision operation and extended service life.

Overall Shot Blasting of the Frame

Full machine shot blasting removes rust, welding slag and other impurities for a uniform metal surface, forms a compressive stress layer to enhance hardness and fatigue resistance, optimizes surface roughness for better coating adhesion, and eliminates residual stress to reduce deformation and cracking risks.

BOCHU Laser cutting head

The BOCHU auto-focus system enables fast and precise focusing. The sensor ensures stable, accurate detection and consistent cutting precision. Protective lens monitoring tracks lens status in real time to avoid cutting errors. It resists dust and debris, and is paired with automatic piercing for smooth operation. Advanced cooling technology rapidly lowers the sheet metal surface temperature during cutting, preventing thermal deformation and ensuring neat edges.

Laser Operating System

A laser cutting machine consists of four core systems: laser generation, optical transmission, motion control, and auxiliary support. These systems work in synergy to precisely control high-energy laser beams, enabling high-precision and high-efficiency cutting of metal and non-metal sheet materials, and serving as a core device for modern sheet metal processing.

Foldable protective cover

Effectively blocks high-temperature molten slag, metal dust, and coolant generated during cutting from entering precision components such as guide rails and lead screws, preventing wear and jamming.Featuring a foldable design, it can extend and retract synchronously with the high-speed movement of the gantry, without compromising the equipment's stroke and dynamic performance.
